This website is provided to give you information about StreamSoft's products and services, and to let you get in touch with us. Content on this site - text, product descriptions, screenshots, and pricing - is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. Pricing shown on product pages is a suggested starting point, not a binding quote; contact us to confirm current pricing for your plan.
StreamSoft's desktop products are licensed, not sold. A license grants you the right to install and use the product on the number of machines and for the plan tier (Standard, Standard+, Advanced, or Professional) your license key is entitled to, for as long as your license remains valid (once-off licenses) or your subscription remains active (monthly licenses).
You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or sublicense StreamSoft software without our prior written consent. Each product's specific feature set per plan tier is described on its own product page and is subject to change in future versions; we'll always honor the feature set your plan was sold under for the version you're licensed to use.
Payments on this site are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a licensed South African payment gateway. StreamSoft never sees or stores your card details. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
A monthly-billed licence renews automatically each month until you cancel it. To cancel, email support@streamsoft.co.za - cancelling does not end your access immediately or refund the current month: your subscription simply will not renew at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you keep full access until then. If you're charged again after your cancellation date, contact us at the same address.
A once-off or first-month purchase may be refunded in full if you report an issue within 24 hours of the licence's first activation. Outside that 24-hour window, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
To request a refund, email support@streamsoft.co.za with your order reference. If you have any challenges requesting or receiving a refund for a purchased product, we'll assist you directly at that address.
StreamSoft products are delivered electronically, as a digital download from the Downloads page, together with your licence key by email - there is no physical shipment. Delivery is normally available as soon as your licence is issued. If you have any challenges downloading your purchased software, contact support@streamsoft.co.za.
Where a product offers demo or evaluation functionality, it is provided "as is" for the purpose of evaluating the product before purchase, without warranty of fitness for production use during the trial period.
StreamSoft software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing any StreamSoft product against your own environment before relying on it for production use - particularly write-capable tools (such as Active Directory Group Policy Manager or Network Configuration Manager), which we strongly recommend evaluating against a non-production environment first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or software products.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
